My name is Sandy Reid. I am the owner of Bama Partners Inc. here in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, offering services for people over the age of 55. We are an all - inclusive non-medical service company. We offer taxi/chauffeur - we will take you wherever you need to go. Sitters for elderly - we sit in assisted living, homes, hospitals, rehab facilities, etc. We clean, cook, help with bathing/dressing, care for their pets, help with finances, and anything else you may need. We can provide companionship along with small home maintenance, from changing light bulbs and filters on air conditioners, to checking smoke alarm systems and replacing batteries. We can help with most any household chores. We can also run errands. We have been in this business for over three years and are locally owned and operated, bonded, licensed and insured. All my employees have had background checks, drug tests, TB tests, seasonal flu shots and wear Bama Partners’ crimson scrubs and name tags. Most have been with me over two years and like me, they have a heart for the elderly. I pay well and hire the best in the marketplace. During the next year, we are hoping to start building a day center for persons needing daytime supervision and/or companionship. We will offer busing to and from the facility, take them to different appointments if need, provide meals and plan activities.
